## Care

These are really wonderful, everyday pans. I’ve got every kind of MadeIn pan at home and the CeramiClad is usually the first one I reach for when I want a fiddle-free cooking experience. While stainless and carbon steel have their place, when I’m looking to quickly whip up some eggs, reheat leftovers and not worry about getting the heat or cooking fat just right to avoid sticking, this pan does it with ease. Medium to low heat is your friend if you’re working with a high BTU oven. Just wish they had a lid similar to the new stainless ones, as the stainless versions don’t quite fit due to the ceramic coating.

### ★★☆☆☆ Great Concept, But the Quality Didn’t Hold Up

I was really excited about these Made In pans, especially because I was looking for a higher-quality, non-toxic nonstick option. Unfortunately, after about six months of use, I have been extremely disappointed with the durability.

Two of the pans have become difficult to clean, no longer cook food evenly, and the surface quality has noticeably declined. I followed all recommended cooking and cleaning instructions, only washed them by hand, and avoided using any metal utensils and yet there are still big scratches in the pan.

Given the price point and the reputation of Made In, I expected much better quality and longevity and wanted to love them as much as I did when I first bought Them
