Made In’s customer is the best.  I originally thought I had ordered the pan liners as an add on to another order so I could save on shipping. I reached out to customer service when I realized my error. They responded right away and removed the shipping charge. Then later when I discovered the pan liners had been delivered but were nowhere to be found I reached out to customer service again. It became obvious then the pan liners had been delivered to someone else by mistake. Made In apologized for the error that was made by the post office. They insisted on sending me replacements at no charge. The new pan liners arrived yesterday. You hear the cliches thrown around all the time but Made In’s customer service went above and beyond to make a new customer happy.
