I have been through a lot of brands including one that sounds like Texclad and I got rid of it and tried one of each pan from Made In; a non-stick and carbon frying pan. After a week with each I redid my entire pan and plateware collection in two kitchens. This outdoor collection, I bought two, is heavy duty, much more than any plastic outdoor style I have ever seen. They feel almost like the ceramic plateware I'm accustomed to.
