I was tossing out the latest pans I had made and was detemined to find a non stick that was worthy of another try and the price point. I have been pleasantly surprised with Made In. It has lived up to its qualify and reviews so far. It meets the test for me for food safety concerns with non stick pans and I plan to purchase the 10" when it becomes available. My son prefers cast iron but they are too heavy for me to handle and this procoat works for me. — So. I had purchased the 12” and the 10” several years ago. We cook every day, and these pans really receive a lot of use, especially the 12” pan. I have noticed recently that the 12” was starting to lose a bit of its non stick function, so I purchased another, and am quite happy that it’s performing nicely. I also love the fact that these pans are quality made. We also had other sauté pans that are good quality, but can’t beat the Made In pans for their non stick properties.
