No, this Non Stick Saute Pan is not dishwasher safe. In order to maintain the non stick coating, we recommend hand washing it.

How Do I Cook With the Non Stick Saute Pan?

To protect its cooking surface, we do not recommend using metal utensils in the Non Stick Saute Pan. It can be used on the stove top, including induction cooktops, and is also oven safe up to 500F.

Our Stainless and Coated Clad frying pans are tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:
- "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits.
- "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic"
- For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern"
- Separately, the FDA has approved the use of our coating with an issued compliance certificate, stating "this coating is permitted for the use in contact with food in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and all applicable regulations"
