What is the difference between a Rondeau Pan and a Saute Pan?

Rondeaus and Saute Pans are set apart by their handles. A Rondeau has two small handles on the side, while a Saute Pan has one long handle and one helper handle. This means Rondeaus are better suited for stationary cooking methods, like searing, deep frying, or braising, while Saute Pans are better for the “jumping” motion sautéeing requires.

Where can I use the Non Stick Rondeau?

All of our Non Stick Cookware is compatible on all stovetops, including induction cooktops, and is oven safe up to 500F. Avoid use of metal utensils.
