Crafted in the USA, we coat each piece of our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with multiple layers of professional-grade, FDA-approved Non Stick. The result is an even-heating stainless base with a frictionless cooking surface that is durable enough for high-volume restaurant kitchens, and is the easiest to clean. 



The Non Stick coating and maximized heat control of the Frying Pan makes it ideal for cooking almost anything, from French omelettes to oil-free stir-frys. ## Care and Safety

- Handwash Only
- Oven Safe to 500F
- Avoid abrasive detergents on the cooking surface
- If stacking to store, layer with Made In Pan Protectors or kitchen towels
- Heat and cool pans slowly to prevent warping
- Our Stainless and Coated Clad frying pans are tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:
   - "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits.
   -  "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic"
   -  For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern"
   - Separately, the FDA has approved the use of our coating with an issued compliance certificate, stating "this coating is permitted for the use in contact with food in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and all applicable regulations"
