It was my absolute favorite but not anymore. A few key differences in these new non stick pans vs the ones I loved. 1. These are made in Italy while the previous version was made right here in the United States. 2. The weight of the new pan is about 1.9 oz lighter than the previous pan. I suspect it’s more cheaply made is it doesn’t provide the same non-stick quality and the heat isn’t distributed nearly as well. I will be looking for a new pan. I’m super disappointed in the design changes and the price tag doesn’t justify the quality compared to the previous version. — Kca ### ★★★★★ Really Non Stick Pans! I love the Made In Non Stick pans! I had purchased the 12” and the 10” several years ago. We cook every day, and these pans really receive a lot of use, especially the 12” pan. I have noticed recently that the 12” was starting to lose a bit of its non stick function, so I purchased another, and am quite happy that it’s performing nicely. I also love the fact that these pans are quality made. We also had other sauté pans that are good quality, but can’t beat the Made In pans for their non stick properties.
