First launched in 2020, Chef Nancy Silverton’s Ivory Micarta Bread Knife is back for a limited time—and in even more limited quantities. After selling out both our original 2020 drop and 2022 relaunch in just a few hours, we’re finally expanding the collaboration to span our complete Knife Set. Now, Chef Silverton’s famed Bread Knife, plus our Award-Winning Chef, Nakiri, and Paring Knives, are all available—both individually and as a Set—with an elegant ivory handle featuring hand-selected brass rivets, Chef Silverton’s insignia, and her official stamp of approval, located right on the blade.

Crafted in the Knife capital of the world—Thiers, France—our Knives are forged by a 5th-generation bladesmith and hardened with nitrogen. Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of our Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they’re crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

Micarta is a composite of linen and thermoset plastic, much like fiberglass. As functional as it is beautiful, micarta is an ideal knife handle as its durable, straightforward to clean and easy to grip.
