## Description

First launched in October of 2021, this razor-sharp heavyweight initially sold out in just five hours. Back again in limited quantities, the Ebony Wood Cleaver is full tang, meaning the blade extends all the way from the tip of the knife through the hilt of the handle for a perfectly balanced performance.

Inspired by old-school butcher shops, it’s optimized for cutting extremely close to the bone, chopping through tough tendons, and can tackle thick-skinned vegetables. Last year, prolific chef and butcher Misti Norris used this Cleaver to take down a whole pig—earning it a permanent spot on her butchery roster.

The Cleaver is crafted in Thiers, France, where a 5th generation bladesmith hand-finishes the African Ebony Wood handle. It comes with an Italian Leather sheath that’s made in the USA. Claim this Limited-Edition Cleaver before it’s gone for good.
