To craft the world’s best Chef Knife, we began at the birthplace of the world’s first Chef Knife: Thiers, France. Each blade is full tang and fully forged, meaning it’s crafted from a single rod of stainless steel for a sharper, perfectly balanced Knife.

This one features a lapis handle crafted from blue micarta, an incredibly strong resin and fabric composite with an opalescent finish.
