## Description

The Award-Winning Carbon Steel Griddle brought the restaurant-style flat top to home kitchens, but the Griddle System takes it even further. Designed for indoor-outdoor cooking, this customizable toolset takes the Griddle from back burner to backyard to backwoods.

This modular toolkit contains our Award-Winning Griddle plus adjustable Stand, a Lid, and a Grill Press—each crafted to offer more flexibility in how (and where) you cook. Push the Stand into the ground to create a level cooking surface on uneven terrain, let the Grill Press hasten and deepen searing, and use the Lid for everything from melting cheese to adjusting cooking temperature.

This Half Grill Griddle version is our best-of-both-worlds option—featuring a half perforated, half solid design that’s ideal for dual zone cooking and even more flavor. You’ll be shocked to discover just how well the Griddle System fares in the great outdoors—and you along with it.
