At half the size of our Award-Winning Carbon Steel Griddle, the Half Griddle condenses the same high-heat performance into a smaller single-burner package. Its pre-seasoned, naturally non stick surface mimics diner-style flat tops, but is conveniently transportable so you can grill from anywhere—raised handles and optional Italian leather covers enable ergonomic transport, while sloping sides contain moisture and grease.

With half the weight/all the durability of cast iron, our Carbon Steel Griddles season faster, respond quicker, and heat more evenly.
