Stainless Steel construction is durable enough for open fire cooking, and a raised handle gives you more leverage and keeps your hand away from the hot cooking surface.

The removable leather handle covers are tanned in Italy and hand-stitched in Massachusetts, and make transporting the Griddle from grill to stovetop more comfortable. Remove during cooking as direct heat can cause damage.
