Wouldn’t waste the effort. Oxo, Current or Gozney have a better version. MadeIn attempted to correct the issue by shipping out a replacement but the product remains unusable due to the warping of the tray and the insert of the cutting board which appears to be a bespoke version of cardboard. — JoHTX ### ★★★★★ Just love the Grill Prep Tray! Originally I wasn't sure how often I would use this prep tray but I find now that I use it just about every time I prepare to grill! There's a lot to love about it. First the lid is solid and I use it as a clean, solid surface to prep food I'm going to put in the try. I haven't cut on it yet (yet) but I don't see a reason not to. It fits solidly on the tray and I now prepare a day in advance and leave the full covered tray in the fridge. No issues at all and when the tray comes out of the fridge it maintains a lower temp than my plastic trays do. The tray holds a respectable amount of food and once I start my cook I rinse the tray and use it to serve. It's beautiful! The versatility, good looks and reliability of this product are as good as it gets. Perhaps if they come out with a different color I'll get another one! I feel like I'm using it more and more and more. Everything from burgers to skewers to marinated chicken. If you're on the fence, launch yourself off!
