Each Griddle Tool was carefully selected for its functionality when paired with our Carbon Steel Griddle. They are made from 301 Stainless Steel and feature Micarta handles that are easy to clean and maintain.

- **Bench Scraper: **Perfect for clearing stuck-on foods from the Griddle, with a sharpened edge ideal for chopping up meat, dough, vegetables, and herbs.
- **Fish Spatula: **Featuring a thin, beveled, and slotted head for flipping delicate foods like fish and vegetables.
- **Griddle Spatula: **With a broad flipper and offset handle, this fry cook essential simplifies turning and transferring smaller ingredients, with one rounded corner and one straight, beveled edge for chopping.
- **Pigtail Turner:** A pitmaster favorite, designed to turn, flip and lift everything from a rack of ribs to a piece of bacon.
