## Description

Our Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative. The Griddle comes pre-seasoned with a mixture of coconut oil and shea nut oil so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. It is light enough to travel from your stove to grill, and fits over two burners for dual-zone cooking. It is compatible with Electric, Gas & Induction cooktops.

Designed to mimic the best parts of a restaurant flattop, our Carbon Steel Griddle maximizes direct heat contact, yielding perfectly crispy edges on smashburgers, fluffy hash browns, and melty grilled cheese. Hand-welded, raised handles featuring silicone handle covers to provide an ergonomic carry, while sloping sides contain excess moisture and grease. 

Avoid the sleeves coming in direct contact with flame. Remove the sleeves before washing the griddle.

Received the carbon steel griddle today and seasoned it before use. 1st attempt to cook 2 fried eggs on it was a disaster. The eggs stuck immediately and had to be soaked off in the sink leaving a bad stain behind. Looks rusty after just one brief use. Very disappointed. Expected more from something this expensive.
