Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with good taste, the Griddle Lid is part of the comprehensive Griddle System, a modular, mix-and-match toolkit engineered for live-fire cooking.

As with regular grilling, a tight-fitting Griddle Lid traps heat, moisture, and flavor within the Griddle. For the cook, this means greater control over both temperature and cooking speed. Constructed from 430 Stainless Steel, the rust-resistant Lid can withstand temperatures up to 1000F. The handle makes it easy to place and remove the Lid as needed, so you can steam vegetables, melt cheese, or just keep food warm.

I love Made In. With the product, you can tell that there's extreme craftsmanship. That's something that I feel aligns with Horn Barbecue. In order to have great food, you need to have extraordinary tools. Made In offers that, so it's a natural fit.

Even if you’re not a professional chef, having that equipment immediately makes you better. It makes cooking so much easier.

I love the Made Ins pots and pans because they are well made. They are thick, they conduct heat, they’re the right sizes. I love the non stick option for omelets, as well.

We completely fitted the restaurant with Made In equipment and it is just killing it, we haven’t dented a piece, lost a piece, lost a handle yet.
