We have a bottle of wine every night for dinner. Up until now we only drank wine out of wine glasses that I'll refer to as brand "G". So much so that we would take them with us to some restaurants in a protective wine glass carrying case. We ordered this 8 piece set selfishly for some of our 'less sophisticated' guests so we didn't have to give them our G glasses. But I am so impressed by these glasses... the walls and lip of the glasses are thin (that's good), they overall gram wieght is impressively low (that's good) and very comparative if not less then some of my G glasses. The stem through design is impressive. The glasses are beautiful; they are now in my glass display cabinet. The bowl on the red wine glass is impressive, big, and great for nosing and it's my wife's favorite. I personally use the 'white wine' glass for everything from champagne to white and I prefer it for red. The crystal is so clear and the glasses appear to be delicate, but the reality is they are very sturdy. I've never had one break. Because of this the glasses make a wonderful gift. My latest purchase was a Christmas Gift 🎁 for my best friend. I only have one complaint, there are no matching flutes for Champaign. Don't think twice about purchasing these beautiful glasses.
