Crafted in Austin with our friends at Atlas Coffee Club, the Founders Roast is a small-batch release made with carefully sourced Nicaraguan beans. Grown at 1300 MASL on Finca Por Venir, this micro lot is fermented with farm-cultured lactobacillus to unlock a buttery, clarified depth with soft acidity. Roasted locally to highlight its natural richness, each sip reveals notes of cajeta, roasted almonds, and browned butterscotch.

Released exclusively for Giving Tuesday, 100% of profits from this bundle support World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit founded by Chef José Andrés that delivers meals to communities in crisis.
