## Description

The safer swap for every kitchen. Most cutting boards shed microplastics into your food with every slice. Studies show that a single plastic cutting board can release over 1,100 microplastic particles per use, adding up to 50 grams of plastic ingested per person per year. Our cutting boards are made from Richlite, a paper composite pressed from FSC-certified and recycled paper, producing zero microplastics.  
  
Developed for commercial kitchens and trusted by professional chefs, Richlite delivers the knife-feel of wood without the upkeep. The non-porous surface resists bacteria, odors, and moisture. No oiling. No warping. No splitting. Just rinse or toss it in the dishwasher.  
  
Set includes three sizes (Small 10x7", Medium 14x11", Large 17x11") with dual-sided surfaces for separating proteins and produce. Medium and Large boards feature juice grooves. Made in the USA.

I love this set for its “friendliness” to knives, it’s quick to clean up, easy to store, plus the fact that these boards come in a 3-pack of great sizes (with the 2 larger boards having a “catcher” ridge around the perimeter of the board!).

This 3-set cutting board is awesome.  They are light and so easy to clean.  I've only had my set for a little over a week, but I've used them pretty hard.  They have no cuts or stains in them.  The largest is big enough to keep between my stove and oven/airfryer to put hot food on and transfer it to the table for carving.  The only negative thing I have to say is that the smallest cutting board needs to be a bit bigger.  It's very small, but I've used it to cut single items like a pickle, a lemon, and an apple.  In my opinion, due to the small size, its use is very limited.  I still highly recommend this set.

### ★★★★☆ Nice but slips about on the counter

I love that they are plastic-free and dishwasher safe, but I haven't had them long enough to test their durability and resistance to moisture.  My only issue so far is that they are very lightweight and spin around on the countertop unless you put something like a silicone lid gripper underneath.  Maybe a little more weight to the product would help or a skid resistant surface on one side.
