They are light and so easy to clean. I've only had my set for a little over a week, but I've used them pretty hard. They have no cuts or stains in them. The largest is big enough to keep between my stove and oven/airfryer to put hot food on and transfer it to the table for carving. The only negative thing I have to say is that the smallest cutting board needs to be a bit bigger. It's very small, but I've used it to cut single items like a pickle, a lemon, and an apple. In my opinion, due to the small size, its use is very limited. My only complaint, which maybe should have been something to expect, but they seem to scratch pretty easy. After one use, there were cut marks and I didn't think I was cutting super "hard" or anything. I was also worried at first as they had a pretty strong odor after the first wash (hand wash). I read online this type of material is known to have an odor the first couple washes and it did seem to go away after several uses.
