Studies show that a single plastic cutting board can release over 1,100 microplastic particles per use, adding up to 50 grams of plastic ingested per person per year. Our cutting boards are made from Richlite, a paper composite pressed from FSC-certified and recycled paper, producing zero microplastics.  
  
Developed for commercial kitchens and trusted by professional chefs, Richlite delivers the knife-feel of wood without the upkeep. The non-porous surface resists bacteria, odors, and moisture. No oiling. No warping. No splitting. Just rinse or toss it in the dishwasher.  
  
Set includes three sizes (Small 10x7", Medium 14x11", Large 17x11") with dual-sided surfaces for separating proteins and produce. Medium and Large boards feature juice grooves. Made in the USA.
