- Oven safe to 550F.
- Avoid abrasive detergents on the cooking surface.
- If stacking to store, layer with Made In Pan Protectors or kitchen towels.
- Heat and cool pans slowly to prevent warping.

Carbon Steel

- Hand wash only.
- Oven safe to 1200F
- Dry thoroughly with a paper towel or cloth.
- Apply a light layer of oil or wax to the cooking surface on low heat before storing.

Enameled Cast Iron

- Hand wash only.
- Oven safe to 580F.
- Dry immediately.
- Avoid scratching the cooking surface by using wood or silicone utensils.
- Remove stains with a paste of baking soda and water.
