Three legs form a stable tripod base that sits securely inside the cookware you already own, holding a full bird upright without tipping or sliding. The stainless construction is oven safe to 800°F to handle high-heat roasting, and at just 1.6 pounds it is easy to lift in and out. When the meal is done, it is fully dishwasher safe. We designed the Pollo Plug to roast poultry the way it cooks best — standing up. Elevated above the pan, hot air circulates around the entire bird for even cooking and skin that crisps on every side, while rendered fat drips away instead of pooling underneath. Those drippings fall onto the potatoes, carrots, and onions roasting below, turning one pan into a complete meal.
