So far, it absolutely has. Eggs slide around like they're auditioning for a cooking show, pancakes brown evenly, and cleanup takes about as long as rinsing it under the faucet. It also feels substantial without being awkward to handle, which makes it easy to reach for every morning. Five stars. I’ve got every kind of MadeIn pan at home and the CeramiClad is usually the first one I reach for when I want a fiddle-free cooking experience. While stainless and carbon steel have their place, when I’m looking to quickly whip up some eggs, reheat leftovers and not worry about getting the heat or cooking fat just right to avoid sticking, this pan does it with ease. Medium to low heat is your friend if you’re working with a high BTU oven. We use felt protectors between pieces and do not use metal utensils or wash in dishwasher, but we do use them at least once a day. Unfortunately these do not hold up. I would not purchase them again. — Cara ### ★★☆☆☆ Great Concept, But the Quality Didn’t Hold Up I was really excited about these Made In pans, especially because I was looking for a higher-quality, non-toxic nonstick option. Unfortunately, after about six months of use, I have been extremely disappointed with the durability. Two of the pans have become difficult to clean, no longer cook food evenly, and the surface quality has noticeably declined. I followed all recommended cooking and cleaning instructions, only washed them by hand, and avoided using any metal utensils and yet there are still big scratches in the pan.
