That’s what makes this review hard to write. After just one month of use, the ceramic nonstick coating on this pan has completely lost its nonstick properties. I followed proper care instructions and cleaned it with regular dish soap and a Scrub Daddy, nothing abrasive, nothing that should degrade the surface this quickly. Eggs now stick, cleanup is a hassle, and the pan performs no differently than an uncoated pan would. For the price point Made In charges, I expected significantly more longevity. A nonstick coating failing within 30 days is simply not acceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on professional-grade cookware.
