Nonetheless, Made In refuses to acknowledge that it is defective and instead sent me instructions on how to clean it (as if I needed help on this). Eggs over easy — a staple several times a week — cook perfectly and slip right out of my 8" skillet. I've used the 12" skillet to sauté a large batch of zucchini, and the vegetables cooked evenly and browned beautifully. The 10" skillet has been just right for toasting a couple of small slices of my homemade sourdough, making them extra buttery and delicious. And cleanup is always a dream. I wasn't looking for more skillets. I was looking for the right skillets, and these have turned out to be exactly that. Always washed it with non-abbrasive dish soap and a soft sponge. Despite that the non-stick ceramic is already gone and eggs have started sticking to the pan.
