I have been searching high and low for a safe nonstick pan and I feel I’ve found it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc it is not slippery smooth with cooking scrambled eggs. My eggs stick the TINIEST bit more than I’d like and I do use a very low flame. It is true you don’t need a high flame. This sears steaks good and chicken being sautéed in it doesn’t stick! It is so very expensive, but I hope in time it’ll really prove to be worth it. I hope it lasts forever! I’m also disappointed it’s not dishwasher safe, but I’m realizing with the very high end stuff it’s usually not. I definitely recommend this pan! Came back for the 8″ and 12″.
