The 8qt pot arrived with a chip in it and the lid was not flush. It was wobbly when placed on top which would not secure the heat. I contacted made in. They said they would give me 10% off the price of just that pot. I did not want that, I wanted a replacement. They sent me a return label and said they would send me a new one. I shipped it out that same day (11/27) it is 12/23 and still have not received my replacement pot. I have followed up with made in on 12/17, 12/20 and today. Zero response. Call the phone number from my receipt email, says they shut down the phones due to busy holiday week. That is how you treat your customers who pay $800 for pots set? You shut down the phones and don’t reply to emails? Horrible customer service! Can not stress that enough. Pots are ok. I bought this pan a couple of months ago. I have been purging any pans that may have toxic chemicals or plastics. I was hoping this sauce pan would be a great replacement. Unfortunately the coating is so thin that even without using any metal or anything that would scratch it, it has chips in the coating after using it only a couple of times. I’ve had other brands with ceramic coating for years that have not chipped even once and I’ve used metal on them without even a scratch.
