I find it not that different from pans I’ve bought from Canadian tire or other places that aren’t specialized. I do like that it is non toxic! I find at the beginning cleaning it was a breeze but months later it takes a lot of elbow grease to get everything off. We exclusively hand wash and only use wooden or nonstick friendly utensils with it. I bought this pan hoping that it was a quality frying pan. I only used silicone utensils, and I cooked on medium heat. The coating scratched after the FIRST use. It was a small scratch, but for the price of the pan, I expected better. I used the pan again today, and now there is a second small scratch in the coating in another spot.
