We have followed all instructions on how to cook in this pan to preserved the non-stick coating, along with how to properly wash it. I am already ready to toss this pan because everything is sticking to it now. — Hk ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not satisfied! Bought a 12” CeramiClad pan and it was great for awhile, truly non stick surface. But on the last few months big chunks of the non-stick coating have been breaking away from the curving side of the pan below the rim. We have been very careful to use only silicon spatulas and the sides never see much use anyway. This pan was advertised as a lifetime investment. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement. For now, it has a permanent home on top of my range. I use it every day. — Dave C. ### ★☆☆☆☆ The non-stick pan that sticks to everything! This pan is essentially an all clad pan. It might be non stick if you cook your food at a painfully low and slow temperature. If you don’t want your eggs to stick it’ll take about 10 minutes cooking them on low. Additionally you still need to add pretty much the same amount of fat to these pans as you do a regular stainless steel pan. The ceramic chips easily so much so that when my first pan arrived in the mail there was already a chip. When everything started sticking to the the pan I had the pan replaced under warranty. The replacement pan is just the same. Save your money. If you want a non stick pan that acts like a non stick pan look elsewhere. — Max ### ★★★★★ Good on induction; coating as good as Teflon I bought this to replace another brand of Teflon non-stick frying pan that had warped a little and did not have top-notch heat transfer on my induction stove. I had that pan for years and the non-stick coating was still in good shape and I don't really have any concerns about non-stick in general. Anyway, mainly for an improvement on induction, I was looking for a Made In non-stick Teflon pan and couldn't find any available in the size I wanted so took a chance on this CeramiClad pan. The heat transfer seems better and I don't notice any difference in non-stick performance compared to Teflon (which is a good thing). I mainly use non-stick for cooking eggs at lower temperatures and it performs about the same as Teflon as a non-stick.
