TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Absolutely terrible product and experience. Purchased the CeramiClad set and was so excited.. I own a private chef company and have tried a TON of different brands of nontoxic nonstick cookware. These started flaking and chipping immediately upon use, one pan I used 3 times, one 1 time, and another I hadn’t even used and the coating was chipping off. (Highly recommend other brands like Our Place or Great Jones, coatings have held up for years.) When I emailed customer service they literally told me “it’s non-toxic so it’s not harmful to consume if it gets in your food.” I requested a refund and they told me I could only have a store credit, I agreed and planned to order the stainless steel set even though it wasn’t what I wanted. After reading quite a few negative reviews about those pans and problems with uneven heating, uneven surfaces, rivet issues, I reached back out and said I wasn’t comfortable purchasing and would like my money back. They said they were “aware of the product issues and were actively working to correct them”. So they openly admitted the design flaws, were unable to offer me a solution or adequate product, and still refused to refund my money. They suggested I could use my $825 store credit to “buy gifts for others” if there was nothing I wanted. I feel like my money is being held and I’m being forced to make purchase that I don’t want. Would never purchase anything from this company again, be extremely careful if purchasing and know that the nonstick line will immediately chip (but don’t worry, it’s safe to eat.) — as ### ★★☆☆☆ Not worth the price I expected a lot more from this pan. We love Made In's stainless steel pans, but this one did not have the same quality. Within a month of using this pan, there are multiple chips on this pan, even with very intentional care - we use a pan protector on this and only safe cooking utensils. I also notice a lot sticks to it. Definitely a bummer. — JC1230 ### ★★☆☆☆ Durability of Non-stick Coating Not As Expected I bought this product in January 2026 do to its high ratings and was initially pleased with how even the heat was in the pan and how very few foods stuck to the surface. However, after normal induction stovetop cooking, use of non-metal utensils, handwashing in the sink, and storage in a drawer with only a towel on top of it and no other pans on top of it, it started to develop small spots and lines where the coating came off (10 total in four months of usage). I know this happens over time to most non-stick pans, but I didn't expect it to happen so soon. I'll probably not purchase a non-stick pan again. — veggiefan ### ★★☆☆☆ Disappointed in the Ceramic Nonstick I’ve been a Made In customer for a while and genuinely love other pieces I’ve purchased, the quality has always felt worth the premium price. That’s what makes this review hard to write. After just one month of use, the ceramic nonstick coating on this pan has completely lost its nonstick properties. I followed proper care instructions and cleaned it with regular dish soap and a Scrub Daddy, nothing abrasive, nothing that should degrade the surface this quickly. Eggs now stick, cleanup is a hassle, and the pan performs no differently than an uncoated pan would. For the price point Made In charges, I expected significantly more longevity. A nonstick coating failing within 30 days is simply not acceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on professional-grade cookware.
