## Description

The first of its kind, the CeramiClad® Frying Pan combines the even and responsive heat control of our Award Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with a proprietary Non Stick ceramic coating. Simple to use and just as simple to maintain, our ceramic coating is made without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead, and cadmium, making for a clean staple that'll last longer than lower-cost counterparts.

Designed for everyday cooking, our multi-purpose CeramiClad® Frying Pans are compatible with electric, gas, and induction cooktops. With solid-but-light construction, and wall curvature, they’re workhorses for everything from sautéed vegetables to crisp-skinned seared fish, over-easy fried eggs, stacks of pancakes, and beyond. Unlike cheaper alternatives, they’re safe up to 550 degrees and feature a Stay Cool Handle™—ideal for dishes that start on the stove and get finished in the oven.

## Care

- Hand wash only.
- Oven safe to 550F.
- Avoid abrasive detergents on the cooking surface.
- If stacking to store, layer with Made In Pan Protectors or kitchen towels.
- Heat and cool pans slowly to prevent warping.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Doesn’t last

These pans are nice but after about 2 months the ceramic coating basically lost all of its non-stick properties. I followed the storage and use instructions, but spend so much time trying to get stuck on food off of these pans. For the price, these pans should last a lot longer. I reached out to customer service and they were no help at all.

I was excited to try this pan, however, it quickly became an ‘everything sticks to it’ pan. Once I used this pan for meat, everything started to stick. I am sorely disappointed. I went back to All Clad.
