Both pans are heat-resistant up to 1200F, making them safe to use on the grill, over an open fire, or even in a brick oven—and at roughly half the weight of cast iron, they’re even easier to transport from stovetop to grill.



The 10" Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan features ample surface area and gently sloping walls, yielding beautifully crisp, golden brown crusts on your steaks, chops, and veggies. With 53 dime-sized perforations, the Seasoned Grill Frying Pan offers an equally perfect sear, but with an added touch of smoky grill flavor.
