Our Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative. The Griddle comes pre-seasoned with a mixture of coconut oil and shea nut oil so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. It is light enough to travel from your stove to grill, and fits over two burners for dual-zone cooking. It is compatible with Electric, Gas & Induction cooktops.

This is my first indoor flat top griddle and it’s fantastic. It fits perfectly on my range as well as in my oven for a pizza steel if necessary. It seasoned up beautifully and feels very sturdy. I can’t imagine it’s possible for it to warp. As far as being a “Factory Seconds” item, it has one tiny blemish but it’s cosmetic only and is basically invisible post-seasoning.
