## Description

The 14" Carbon Steel Oval Gratin delivers the high-heat performance of cast iron with the speed and control of stainless steel. Responsively engineered for roasting vegetables, crisping fish, or browning gratins, it’s a versatile piece built for both everyday meals and entertaining.

We purchased a set of 7 of the ceramiclad pans with protectors. My husband is a chef and we purchased HexClad about a year ago.  My husband was NOT impressed with the HexClad.  Fried eggs ALWAYS would stick and they started falling apart on the edges of the pans.  
With Made In he can flip fried eggs and omelettes with ease and with very little oil or butter needed. They have solid handles, a thick base and evenly distributes heat very well. We will eventually switch all of our pans to Made In.  Now my 20yr old cast iron skillet and these pans are our favorites!  Highly recommended
