The world’s finest Enameled Cast Iron hails from Northeast France, where artisans have been pouring professional-grade cast iron since the early 1920s. Naturally, that’s where we headed to craft our Enameled Cast Iron Collection.

A limited-edition colorway crafted for Chef Brooke Williamson, Hudson Green is a hand-enameled deep evergreen. Underneath, cast iron’s exceptional heat retention and circulation transforms even tough cuts into tender, fall-off-the-bone braises. Inside, a light-colored and conveniently non stick enamel cooking surface makes it easy to develop flavor and easier to clean. Our proprietary Cloud Cover Lid’s pea-sized dimples trap steam and return moisture to your food.

Discover Cookware that’s built with generations of expertise, but designed for modern home cooks.

A Dutch Oven is a universal piece of equipment, it’s something you can bake bread in, it’s something you can make sauces in, it’s something you can cover and stash in the oven and let braise and cook for hours. All of my son’s favorite things come out of that Dutch Oven.

You don't have to constantly stir it because it has a nice heavy bottom and a nice heavy lid.

We completely fitted the restaurant with Made In equipment and it is just killing it, we haven’t dented a piece, lost a piece, lost a handle yet.
