A limited-edition colorway crafted for Chef Brooke Williamson, Hudson Green is a hand-enameled deep evergreen. Underneath, cast iron’s exceptional heat retention and circulation transforms even tough cuts into tender, fall-off-the-bone braises. Inside, a light-colored and conveniently non stick enamel cooking surface makes it easy to develop flavor and easier to clean. Our proprietary Cloud Cover Lid’s pea-sized dimples trap steam and return moisture to your food.
