Never thought I'd stop using Teflon...especially for eggs!

After reading the reviews for this pan, I decided to take the plunge. After taking the minimal time to season it, I began cooking. The first things I did were mostly sautéing veggies and proteins. Then I decided to try eggs. Wow...I could not believe how well they came out. Sunnyside up...scrambled, even friend in EVOO, perfect. All the time using less heat, particularly true for the scrambled...long so heat. A new 'go to' own for me.

Very easy to season pans

This stuff makes it incredibly easy to apply a thin, even coat when seasoning my carbon steel pan. Much better than my flax oil method from before.

I am so happy to hear you like seasoning with the wax. It certainly does make the process easier (added bonus, it smells nicer than oil)!

Started using the Wok the day it arrived and it is my best most versatile pan in the kitchen. Love how it performs with low heat. A must have for any serious cook.
