Pre-seasoned with a mixture of shea nut oil and coconut oil, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings (the hardest ones) so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. Our Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative.

We stamp Carbon Steel into a thin disc that’s half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it seasons faster, responds quicker, and is rugged enough for your grill or open flame.

With sloping walls and a wide surface, this pan provides maximum heat contact for high-heat searing. The hollow build of our proprietary Stay Cool Handle™ dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on your ingredients, not your hands. Coating didn’t last at all. One wash and it started flaking off. Second wash it was all gone.

I have seasoned this pan over and over  but to no avail everything sticks to it . 
I’ve cooked high fat foods like bacon to see if it would  make the pan better but it did not . 

The  ost  high maintenance pan I ever owned .
