As almost 12 inches in diameter, our Comal‘s flat body and shallow walls build heat quickly and retain it for longer, yielding flawless tortillas, crisp tostadas, and quesadillas with a perfect cheese pull.

Originating in France’s Vosges region, Carbon Steel is the chef’s answer to Cast Iron. Like Cast Iron, seasoned Carbon Steel develops a protective non stick patina that evolves and improves over time.
