Full tang and fully forged by a 5th-generation bladesmith in the knife-making capital of the world—Thiers, France—the limited-edition Bird’s Beak Paring Knife offers unmatched handheld precision. Aptly named for its unconventional hooked silhouette, it’s more commonly used in French and professional kitchens (in French, they’re known as “tourné knives” for how quickly they “turn” vegetables into uniform shapes).

The curved tip allows for streamlined handheld use when trimming produce—no cutting board necessary—while an ultra thin blade suits detail work, such as hulling berries and creating intricate radish roses. This limited series of Black Krion Bird's Beak Paring Knives come engraved with a unique edition number from 1–1,000.
