## Description

In celebration of her newest cookbook Amrikan, we partnered with renowned food writer Khushbu Shah to release the Amrikan Collection, a series that takes cues from her Indian-American heritage and blends them alongside carefully engineered design.



From the stainless steel Kadai and Masala Dabba to the carbon steel Tawa Pan, we've created the perfect collection to craft Khushbu's signature meals - from Saag Paneer Lasagna and Classic Dosas, to Keralan Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Spinach Tadka Dal.
