## Description

To make the world’s best Chef Knife, we started at the site of the world’s first Chef Knife: Thiers, France. Here, 5th-generation bladesmiths forge, temperature shock, chemically harden, and finish each by hand to create an incomparably durable and sharp Knife. For them, blacksmithery is an art form–and this is their masterpiece. 

Each full tang and fully forged blade begins with a rod of premium Stainless Steel. From there, it’s forged into a Knife that’s well-balanced, precise, and will stay sharp longer. A POM handle prevents slips and stains, so you can tackle everything from spatchcocking to supreming with ease.
