First launched in 2022, the 6” Chef Knife’s precision, control, and versatility sold this blade out in one day. And now, it’s back for a limited time.

At just 6”, it fills the gap between the standard 8” Chef Knife and the (almost) 4” Paring Knife. Its ability to make smaller, defter cuts makes it Chef Sarah Heard’s favorite knife for everything from mincing to spatchcocking.
