About Khushbu Shah
Acclaimed food writer Khusbhu Shah has contributed to The New York Times, GQ, The Washington Post, and Eater, and was the youngest restaurant editor in Food and Wine history. Her upcoming cookbook, “Amrikan: 125 Recipes from the Indian American Diaspora" will be available June 4, 2024.
